MEHDI CHELLAOUI: -- CHOCOLATIER & CHEF (Executive bio by Lora Kolodny -- PR Contact: lorakolodny@gmail.com) Chef and chocolatier Mehdi Chellaoui makes luxurious truffles, bars, and elaborate chocolate recreations of designer fashions for his clients. Chellaoui's authentic and delicious fashion recreations have also been featured in Vogue magazine. Beyond chocolate, he has served as the private chef to fashion and hip hop juggernaut Sean Combs, and worked in various capacities within New York's elite dining establishments, including stints at: Jean Georges, Aureole, La Cote Basque, Payard Patisserie, Le Cirque and others. Chellaoui is a graduate of the Culinary Institue of America, the Long Island City High School culinary program, and was a recipient of a C-CAP scholarship.
